Kurt has been practicing in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and taxation for more than twenty-five years. Prior to practicing law, Kurt had seven years of public accounting experience, the most recent of which was with the Chicago office of Price Waterhouse.
Kurt is board certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to opening his practice, Kurt was a shareholder in a Brevard County law firm where he headed the firm's Trusts and Estates division. Kurt currently serves on the Board of Directors for Brevard County Estate Planning Council, is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and taxation, and has written various articles on estate planning for local publications.

Duana “Dee” Boyles, Esq.
Dee joined Kurt D. Panouses, P.A. in March 2010 and concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, estate administration litigation and guardianship. Ms. Boyles obtained her litigation experience while practicing in the areas of family law and criminal defense for six years. Her combined experience in both family law and criminal defense contributes to her zealous representation of clients appearing on either side of a litigation matter. Ms. Boyles always strives to accomplish her clients’ objectives. She is also bilingual, conversant in Spanish.
Ms. Boyles proudly served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army from June 1996 through July 2000, attaining the rank of Captain. Ms. Boyles’ commitment to excellence was consistently recognized by her commanding officers. She was awarded three Army Commendation Medals and three Army Achievement Medals for exceptional performance during her four years of service.
In July 2009 Ms. Boyles was elected to serve as Treasurer for the Brevard County Bar Association, which is comprised of over 600 local attorneys along with the County and Circuit Court Judges. She previously served as Secretary and the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Chairperson in 2008, and was initially elected to serve on the Board of Directors in 2007. Professional Credentials:
