Kathryn G. Fredette is an Associate Attorney with the Panouses Law Group and handles Probate and Trust Administration Matters.


Kathryn began working for the firm in September of 2013. She was previously an Assistant State Attorney with the 18th Judicial Circuit. Kathryn has been assisting clients with their probate and trust administration matters. Prior to graduating law school, Kathryn worked as an intern to a General Magistrate handling guardianship matters in Tampa, Florida. Kathryn also interned with in-house counsel for the Brevard County Clerk of Circuit Court and a local criminal court Judge. During her studies at the University of Central Florida, Kathryn spent two years working as a legal assistant in a personal injury and worker’s compensation law firm in Orlando.


Kathryn attended the University of Central Florida where she graduated summa cum laude in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and a minor in criminal justice. Kathryn attended Stetson University College of Law and earned her J.D. in 2011.

Kathryn was born in New Hampshire and moved to Florida during high school. She graduated from Palm Bay High School in 2004. Kathryn enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community and spending time with her family.
